The #4N;cky Foundation - Supporting Mental Health, Together
We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. Our mission is to create a safe space where individuals can learn, share, and seek help without judgment."

Man time
Well- it’s definitely proved that these sessions are VITAL.
Thank you to each person who walked through the doors and joined us. We know that in itself takes a lot! If just one person turn up, we’d still put them on because that could potentially be a life saved.
The feedback, oh my goodness.
The power of having the opportunity to feel safe and be able to just express how you’re feeling.
Alex, our mental health professional, gave immediate feedback saying it went VERY well. Alex is such a pocket of positivity and encouragement.
Then the feedback from some people who attended.
“That was so good, Alex is unbelievable “.
Well what a quote.
The stand out for me that night,
“I took my son along because I think it’s important he sees others opening up about their feelings and how important that is. So he knows that it’s important to talk about things.”
Now that’s what you call positive parenting! Superhero Dad !
Huge thanks to the volunteers of this night, Luke Rees and Marc Barrow. Who made the best cuppa???? Without volunteers we can’t put on events. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Although we are taking family time for August, Alex has decided to continue the sessions and do a walk and talk on 14th August starting at the Fendrod lake 6.30 pm for around an hour. Because this group is so keen to keep going! No break needed.
Thank you Alex
Thank you men at man time
Thank you Coed Gwilym Pavilion
Much love
